Green Tea, besides being rich in vitamins C, E, and carotenoids (precursors of vitamin A), can counteract disorders such as cramps caused by potassium deficiency, contractions due to lack of magnesium, and strengthens nails and hair thanks to zinc.
Barley is diuretic, purifying, toning, refreshing, remineralizing (provides calcium, potassium, magnesium, iron, phosphorus) and rich in vitamins (especially B complex), amino acids and gives energy

Vitamin B2 is important for the transformation of carbohydrates, lipids, and proteins into energy, for the production of red blood cells, and contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress. Vitamin B3 helps convert food into energy and is necessary for the proper functioning of the nervous system and for maintaining normal skin.
