Ribes nigrum increases the resistance of the immune system, it may be effective for the treatment of cold symptoms.
Perilla is an aromatic, medicinal and ornamental plant. From Perilla seeds an oil rich in polyunsaturated fatty acids is extracted, valuable for well-being, such as omega 3 and omega 6 acids. Furthermore, vitamin A and vitamin E are present, important minerals such as calcium and iron.
Perilla is used as a support to the physiological defenses of the body against allergies and asthma.
In Oak the important presence of tannins makes the extract of this plant a remedy with astringent and anti-inflammatory properties, as well as being able to reduce fever. In general, the oak phytocomplex is also attributed with disinfectant, antiviral and pain-relieving properties.
