One scoop (approx. 25g maximum daily dose) provides 40mcg of Chromium (100% NRV).
A 25 g scoop per day to be taken in one of the following ways, do not exceed the indicated doses:
° Dissolve the product in a small amount of water together with a seasonal fruit. Blend until a homogeneous cream is obtained to be taken in the morning before breakfast or in the evening after dinner as a dessert.
° Dissolve the product in a liquid (coffee, orange juice) with the possible addition of half a teaspoon of honey and drink in the morning before breakfast
° Dissolve the product in 750 ml of water to be drunk throughout the day
