PEPPERMINT ESSENTIAL OIL
Supplement containing Mentha piperita L. which may be useful in supporting physiological digestive and liver functions.
WARNINGS
Keep out of reach of children under 3 years old. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. Do not take in case of hypersensitivity or allergy to one or more components
Mentha piperita L. (essential oil).
2-4 drops diluted in a large glass of water, or on a sugar cube or a teaspoon of honey, twice a day preferably before main meals. Do not exceed the indicated doses.
PEPPERMINT ESSENTIAL OIL
Peppermint exerts a refreshing action even when ingested thanks to the interaction between its essential oils and the receptors present in the mouth and throat.
Moreover, peppermint has an analgesic effect, fights irritations, is a local anesthetic, and helps freshen breath.
Some studies suggest that some of the molecules it contains help relax the intestinal walls and the smooth muscle of the sphincters by blocking calcium channels; this property has been used in the treatment of irritable bowel syndrome and other similar disorders.
