Iron is essential for the normal formation of red blood cells and hemoglobin and for the normal transport of oxygen in the body. It contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. The highly bioavailable form used reduces the gastric discomfort typical of traditional forms of Iron. Absorption is enhanced by the simultaneous intake of Vitamin C.
