TAUMAG FORTE powder provides five synergistic forms of Magnesium: Magnesium citrate, carbonate, and gluconate for a highly tolerable basic supply; Magnesium oxide for elemental supply; Magnesium acetyltaurinate, the lipophilic form for the normal functioning of the nervous system and muscle function. Magnesium contributes to the reduction of tiredness, the normal functioning of the nervous system, and muscle function (claim). Suitable for those facing periods of intense physical and mental effort. Wild berry flavor.
TAUMAG FORTE powder (per 50g): Magnesium citrate 12.5g; Magnesium carbonate 12.5g; Magnesium gluconate 12.5g; Magnesium oxide 7.5g; Magnesium acetyltaurinate 5g; Mixed berry flavor.
1 TEASPOON (approx. 1.75g) PROVIDES: 225mg of Magnesium (60% NRV*).
Oral use: 1 measuring teaspoon (approx. 1.75 g) per day before the main meal. Do not exceed the recommended doses.
