Plantain is rich in mucilages whose use to support the function of the mucous membranes of the gastrointestinal tract is recognized by European herbal tradition. It gently promotes normal regularity of intestinal transit.
PLANTAIN (per 1 cps): Plantain - Piantago major L. (leaf) powder 200 mg, natural gelatin.
6 CAPSULES PROVIDE: 1.2g of Piantago major L.
Oral route: 2 cps 3 times a day, before meals
